Getupdated has completed its purchase of Trive.  The final purchase sum was based on the result for 2007. As the result in the approved annual report was higher than expected the final additional purchase sum amounted to 3 484 250 million Skr in total.
The company will resolve the additional purchase sum by letting the sellers subscribe for shares in the Company at the same rate as was used for the non-cash issue. In the non-cash issue the shares and warrants were acquired by the company at 19.91 Skr per share, with the right and obligation to make payment for the new shares by balancing these against the outstanding additional purchase sum. In total 175 000 shares will be issued.
