Net turnover increased by 14 percent and operating profit by 59 percent compared to the previous quarter.

Report period April-June 2008
• Net turnover increased to 100.3 (55.5) MSEK, an increase of 81 percent compared to the same period in 2007.
• Operating profit amounted to 14.1 MSEK (6.7). Operating profits have been affected by write-downs of accounts receivable from earlier years of 2.9 MSEK.
• The result after tax amounted to 8.6 (4.5) MSEK.
• The result per share was 0.29 (0.36) SEK.
• Cash flow from business activities amounted to -5.8 (-8.5) MSEK partly due to rapid expansion in Great Britain.
• The company's recurring revenues continue to increase and made up 57 percent of total net turnover. The renewal rate for recurring revenues is approximately 85 percent (excluding Crystone).
• The British subsidiary Just Search increased net turnover to 15 MSEK (Q1 2008: 10 MSEK) with an operating profit of 8.5 MSEK (Q1 2008: 4.6 MSEK).
• The preferential share issue was completed and added 60.5 MSEK after issuing costs.
• The annual meeting elected Bengt Nilsson, founder of IFS, as member of the board.  
• Seasonal variations in sales show Q2 and Q4 as the company's strongest quarters.
